Terms

• All GA/Convergence Pass (Early Bird and First Release) purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Tickets are issued digitally and must be presented for validation at the entry gate.
• The lineup, set times, and venue map are subject to change. No refunds will be issued in the event of lineup changes or specific artist cancellations.
• If the entire event is cancelled (not rescheduled), refunds will be processed based on the full ticket face value. If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new dates.

• The price paid for all Icon Suite tables excludes the Minimum Spend (F&B Credit) required for the package. This amount acts as a credit for beverages and food consumed at your reserved table/lounge.
• All sales for the Icon Suite are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are exclusive, limited-availability reservations.
• Tables are reserved for the number of guests specified (4, 6, 10, 15). Access beyond the designated guest count is strictly at the discretion of the door management.
• Any unused portion of the Food & Beverage credit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or redeemed after the event.
• Attendees must be 18 years or older to purchase and utilise Icon Suite packages.
